Last night was a glorious night for a coffee with my wife.

Q: How do anarchists get fit? A: Resistance training
Happy old man Rufus.
New print editions of The Sketchnote Handbook have a shiny cover… not sure I like this change from matte. Time to call Pearson I think.
Just opened up another video from The Sketchnote Handbook video - “Sketchnote from Start to Finish” - where you can see me working on a sketchnote from the beginning to end. Especially helpful for beginners or teachers showing students the technique - vimeo.com/48192016

Just finished a several month watching of The Office (US version) on Netflix and was reminded how great that show was. I have a deeper understanding of what the creators were trying to do seeing the episodes in a tight arc (rather than over 9 years like my first watching).
NYC TEACHERS! I’m keynoting and leading workshops on sketchnoting at NYC Department of Education’s Chancellor’s Day, Thursday, June 6, 2019. If you’re a NYC teacher or you know one, plan to attend a fun day of sketchnoting geared to education! #sketchnotes #nyc #education #nycschools #innovation #workshops
Having fun with our Johnson Controls UX Discovery Workshop informational packets for workshop participants — why not use sketchnotes to make this information approachable? #sketchnotes
Loving the new Rhonecast @patrickrhone!
Anyone avoiding carbs like me, I’ve discovred kohlrabi makes a great noodle substitute! I had some in a poke bowl, and realized they might work spiralized. Boy, did they! I made a stir fry with the kohlrabi noodles this week and they held up beautifully. Perfectly white and a little crispy. My next experiment will be steaming some in a rice cooker to see if I can get them a little softer, though that crispiness was pretty nice.
Taught a Sketchnote Mini Workshop at Milwaukee School of Engineering yesterday to 40 or so semi-willing students. I think they enjoyed learning about the the concept!
My sketchnote of ideas for hiding Girl Scout Thin Mints from those whom ought not pilfer them.
Testing out Baron Fig Strategist cards with my Pentel Brush Pen. Nice!
New Hobonichi Techo cracked open for the new year. Feels so good! #hobonichi
iPad Pro 11” setup is almost complete. New device and Apple Pencil 2.0, thin case, matte screen protector from iCarez, and my retro Apple Bluetooth Keyboard in an Origami case. Love the older style keys on that keyboard. Last element is a felt carrying case with a slot for the pencil, as the iPad magnet doesn’t keep the pencil on when the iPad Pro and Pencil are in my backpack.
Hey @danielpunkass and @mamton I loved hearing you guys talk about giving talks in the latest Core Intuition. Daniel, did your talk get captured on audio or video by chance? Love to hear it - not that I could understand it as a non-dev. 😊
